ANNOUNCEMENT! JCPSeSchool has partnered with JCC, KCTCS and KYVU to bring you College NOW!

Dual credit is now possible for all students with an ACT of 18 in reading and writing and 20 in math.

Students take these High School classes...	and get College credit at the same time!
Senior English A and B	ENG 101 and ENG 102
PreCalculus A and B	MT 150 and MT 155
U S History	HIS 108 and HIS 109
Computer Applications A and B	CIS 100 and CIS 130
Humanities A and B	HUM 120

Each .5 high school credit will also earn 3 hours college credit as long as the student earns an A, B, or C.   Students taking every class could walk into college as a sophomore!

For those students not meeting the minimum ACT scores, we offer COMPASS Testing; earn a COMPASS score of 81 (reading), 70 (writing), and 48 (math) to qualify for the program. Training to improve scores in COMPASS Testing is also available.

If you have immediate questions/concerns, please call the College NOW! office at (502) 485-7803 to get a personal visit from one of the College NOW! staff shortly after school begins to answer questions that are designed around your programs.

If the student uses a pre-paid slot with JCPSeSchool that your school has purchased, the cost to them will only be $75.
